Plus Ultra Performance LLC is committed to making https://plusultraperformance.com (the "Website") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. This statement describes the standard we aim for, the measures we have taken, what we know about the Website's limitations and how to tell us about a barrier.

1. Our commitment and target standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, speech, cognitive and learning disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility, not a one-time task, and we review the Website whenever we make significant changes.

2. Measures we have taken

  • Semantic HTML: a logical heading structure, landmark regions (header, navigation, main content and footer) and lists and tables marked up correctly, so that screen readers can convey the structure of each page;
  • Keyboard navigation: all links, buttons, the contact form and the cookie banner can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, in a logical order;
  • Visible focus: a clear, high-contrast focus indicator shows which element is selected when navigating by keyboard;
  • Labelled form fields: every field in the contact form has a visible label, required fields are identified, and error messages are written in text, linked to the relevant field and announced to assistive technologies;
  • Colour contrast: text and interactive elements are designed to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios, and information is never conveyed by colour alone;
  • Text alternatives: informative images have descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers;
  • Reduced motion: animations and transitions are reduced or removed when your device is set to prefer reduced motion;
  • Resizable text and responsive layout: text can be enlarged up to 200% and the layout adapts to small screens and zoom without loss of content or functionality, and without horizontal scrolling on standard pages;
  • Language: the page language attribute switches between English and Spanish when you change language, so that screen readers use the correct pronunciation;
  • Accessible consent controls: the cookie banner can be operated by keyboard and screen reader, and its Accept and Reject options are equally visible.

3. Known limitations

At the date of publication we are not aware of any content that fails to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. We note the following points:

  • our legal documents (such as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service) are necessarily long texts; we have structured them with headings and lists to make them easier to navigate, and you can ask us for a summary of any section;
  • when you contact us by email, the accessibility of the email itself depends partly on your own email client or service, which is outside our control;
  • no website can be tested against every combination of device, browser and assistive technology, so some barriers may exist that we have not yet detected.

If we identify a limitation, we will list it here together with an alternative way to obtain the information and our plan to fix it.

4. Compatibility

The Website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) on desktop and mobile devices, and with widely used screen readers and assistive technologies on those platforms. It is a static website that works without plug-ins. Older browsers may display it with simplified styling while keeping the content available.

5. Feedback and contact

We welcome your feedback. If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Website, or need any information from it in an alternative format, please email us at info@plusultraperformance.com. To help us respond, please include the page address (URL), a short description of the problem and, if you wish, the device, browser and assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within 5 business days and, where reasonably possible, to fix the issue or provide the information in another accessible way.

6. Date and method of this statement

This statement was prepared on September 23, 2026. It is based on a self-assessment carried out by us, combined with automated accessibility testing at launch and manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus visibility, form behaviour and screen-reader output. We will review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the Website.
